“Alice, I wanted to communicate my thanks to you, for making the serious business of Will Writing, easier. Contemplating one’s own demise, including the gifting of personal items, was more emotional, surprisingly, than I had considered it would be!

Your sensitivity was much-appreciated. Also the care you took, in explaining the’legal jargon’, when I was quizzical. Suggesting & explaining the ‘Letter of Wishes’, took the pressure off me, trying extremely hard to remember everything, all at once!

So once again, thank you for all of your kind attention to detail, patience & sensitivity to myself & my Will.”

“Alice Carter-Tyler was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to sit with me and answer my questions about my mums will and never made me feel patronised or ignorant in terms of my lack of legal understanding. Alices’ manner was both empathetic and professional and I felt very confident in Alice’s legal guidance and support. Alice provided us with sound and vital legal advice in a timely capacity which has proved essential in securing a monetary inheritance and legal recognition for my daughter; I am extremely grateful for this.”
