Solicitor in the Employment Team

Kayleigh graduated with a Law degree in 2010 before taking some time away from her career to focus on raising her family. She later joined Womble Bond Dickinson as an Associate Paralegal in the Disputes team and went on to complete her LPC part time while working full time.

In 2018, Kayleigh began her training contract, gaining experience in Employment, Personal Injury, and Commercial Property before qualifying as a solicitor in March 2021. Since then, she has focused solely on Employment Law, an area she finds both challenging and very rewarding.

Kayleigh joined the Employment team at Nash & Co Solicitors in September 2025.
