Louis joined Nash & Co in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor into the Employment team in 2023.

Louis regularly advises employers, ranging from SMEs to PLCs across a variety of sectors, on all aspects of the employment relationship, from contractual documentation to disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, redundancy processes, and TUPE transfers.

Louis also has significant experience in representing employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings and in the pre-claim Early Conciliation Stage. He assists clients at all stages of the Tribunal proceedings, from drafting the initial defence through to the final hearing, providing clear and strategic advice throughout.

Louis prides himself on adopting a pragmatic approach in providing advice and resolving employment issues, cutting through the legal jargon to provide clarity and confidence to his clients.

Important Update – IR35 (off payroll working)
