Jasmine Peglar
Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate and Business Law Team
Jasmine graduated from Newcastle University in 2019 with a Batchelor of Arts with Honours degree in History and Politics. She went on to complete her master’s degree in law at BPP University in 2024 and is currently working hard to prepare for the Solicitors Qualifying Exams, after which she will qualify into the corporate team at Nash & Co Solicitors.
Since 2022, Jasmine has been working as a Corporate Paralegal at both local and national firms, gaining valuable experience in Private Equity law. Prior to entering the legal field, she worked in business development and event management, including working at the Devon Chamber of Commerce. This background has helped her cultivate strong client relationships and develop a well-rounded commercial awareness.
Jasmine enjoys building lasting partnerships with clients and supporting them through a variety of corporate matters. Her work includes business sales and purchases, company reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, and reviewing business contracts.
Outside of the office, Jasmine enjoys cooking, hiking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her cat, Cocoa.
