Ellie is a Trainee Solicitor in Nash & Co’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team, having joined the firm in April 2026. She previously worked as an Associate Paralegal at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, where she specialised in defending claims on behalf of major corporate clients across a wide range of civil disputes, varying in value and complexity. During this time, Ellie developed extensive experience managing a high-volume caseload of both pre-action and litigated matters, acting for clients across the following sectors: energy, finance, retail, and telecommunications.
Her prior experience includes:
Managing litigation strategy and ensuring procedural compliance from early pre-action stages through to trial.
Drafting pleadings, applications, witness evidence, hearing preparations, and instructions to counsel.
Attending mediations and contributing to commercially focused settlement.
Embracing legal-tech by implementing document automation initiatives to streamline fixed-fee workflows.
