Since its launch in 2019, our conveyancing app has been used by thousands of clients. On average, we’ve helped app users to reach completion, two to three weeks quicker than using the postal system.
It allows clients to fill in forms and sign them electronically, it has a handy checklist of “jobs to do”, and a timeline to show you how things are progressing. And you can even do your ID checks through the app. Indeed, our app is one of only a few allowed to access the Passport Office’s central system. This save you money and time sending passports and other ID documents it through the post or even dropping it into our office.

There’s a “Forgot Passowrd” link on the sign in page of the app. You can use this to reset the password.
