Monthly retainers

This means that you pay a fixed amount each month to cover all your general employment advice needs. This ensures that you do not receive any unexpected bills and know that you can always pick up the phone for help when you need it, without having to worry about the cost.

If you would like a no-obligation free quote for a monthly retainer, please use our retainer calculator:

If you would like to go ahead with our retainer service, simply fill out our callback form; we will then be in touch to review all of your existing employee documentation to ensure that your business is off to the best possible start with us. If you would prefer to have a chat with one of our team members, please call 01752 827081 and we can discuss how best we can support you and your business.

Hourly rate advice

This gives you the flexibility to pay for advice when you need it. Our hourly rates range in price, depending on the level of seniority.

Fixed fees

It may be appropriate, with some work, to agree a set price for a specific piece of work.

Employment Tribunal Insurance

In conjunction with a monthly retainer, we can also offer clients access to employment tribunal insurance through Straight Solutions ([LINK TO WEBSITE]). Sometimes, employment tribunal claims cannot be avoided and unfortunately can be expensive for employers to defend. Having the right insurance in place ensures you have the right support from the outset and protects your cash flow from unexpected legal costs or compensation awards (in the event a claim is successful).
