What We Do Wednesday: Personal Injury

Category: Personal Injury

It’s the middle of the week and we are back again with our #WhatWeDoWednesday feature! This weekly, two-part feature opens the Nash doors and offers an insight into what each of our teams do. The second half of the feature always takes place on the following Friday, encouraging a warm introduction to some of the team members. This week we are focusing on our Personal Injury department. Keep reading to find out more…

Personal Injury

Our Nash & Co Personal Injuries team is a specialist niche department dealing with a broad range of issues. The team is made up of highly trained and experienced specialists, who are dedicated to providing you with a personalised service, tailored to your needs.

We are proud to say that we always treat our clients as a person rather than a file number, as we believe that it is important to understand the person and do all to help aid them in their recovery following the effects of an injury. Our aim is to help our clients get back on their feet as quickly as possible, whilst ensuring that we achieve proper and full compensation for their injury.

The vast majority of our work is undertaken at no risk to you, on a no win no fee basis.

We routinely deal with injuries arising in the workplace, the roads, on holiday and in public places. We also have expertise in dealing with occupational illnesses such as asbestos related conditions, RSI, asthma and conditions caused by excessive noise and vibration.

Claims resulting in very serious injuries including brain injuries, spinal injuries and fatalities, are also situations that we support.

A great number of cases that we are involved with arises from clients who have been the victims of medical negligence. We routinely bring claims against hospitals, doctors, dentists and other health professionals.

We are here to guide you through the process step by step, whether your injury is worth a few thousand pounds or millions of pounds.

Make sure you keep a look out for the second part of this feature, which will be available from this Friday. If you enjoyed this #WhatWeDoWednesday insight, have a read of our previous post too!
