Paralegal with the Family team
Having worked in the family department of two other local firms, I joined Nash & Co in 2001 as a secretary in their Family Team. Over the years I have gained a wealth of experience and a good understanding of Family Law.
After a number of years as Support Staff Supervisor, the firm offered me the chance to become a Paralegal and to take the knowledge I had gained to a more challenging level.
My role within the Team is to assist and support the solicitors with their caseloads. The role is very varied and sometimes can be very challenging, but with an open-door policy, I am supported by my colleagues within the team.
We are encouraged to undertake any training we feel will help us to widen our knowledge and achieve the best for our clients.
I have seen many changes to the firm over the years. The firm’s ethos is “To be the firm of choice”. I believe that with continued hard work and the positive approach by all the staff, we are making great progress to becoming just that.
