New Solicitors at Nash & Co SolicitorsSep 20, 2021
Following a period of continued growth, Nash & Co Solicitors have been joined by Solicitors Ceren Fox and Sharmaine Nethercott. Ceren will move into the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, with Sharmaine joining the Employment team.
Ceren will be advising on private and business disputes. These include land disputes, breach of contract, company and shareholders’ arrangements as well as debt recovery. She joins Nash & Co Solicitors from a firm in Taunton, where she had been working in personal injury litigation.
“I am thrilled to be a part of Nash & Co Solicitors,” said Ceren. “My new role allows me to widen my horizons and build on my litigation experience. Nash & Co has always been on my radar as one of Plymouth’s long-established law firms. They have a solid reputation, great ethics, and a dynamic work culture. I am looking forward to working alongside everryone here and providing an excellent service to the community.”
Sharmaine has experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment work. She acts for employers in providing employment and HR advice, as well as drafting key documents, such as policies and contracts. Sharmaine also acts for employers in defending Employment Tribunal Claims. This is from the outset of a claim right through to the final hearing.
“Having just started at Nash & Co, what stands out most for me is how great the culture is,” said Sharmaine. “The staff here have made me feel incredibly welcome. I’ve joined a fantastic team – and I’m very happy to have joined such a wonderful firm.”
Nash & Co Solicitors are currently looking to strengthen each of their teams across the firm.
